Gloss has been a part of this amazing organization, OurMilwaukee for a year now and it just keeps getting better & better. Join us this Sunday to help Haiti. Along with many, many other great & and very special businesses, we have donated a Signature Session & 11×14 Wall Portrait (a $230 value) to their Silent Auction being held. Our Milwaukee For Haiti

When: Sunday January 31st

Where: Lakefront Brewery

 Time: 1pm – 9pm Address: 1872 North Commerce St.

 Come and join us in supporting local Milwaukee efforts to help Haiti. The event will take place from 1pm-9pm at Lakefront Brewing Company. Many members of Milwaukee’s business community have donated prizes and auction items to help raise funds for the cause. 100% of all beer/drink sales will go to this effort as well as all donations and all income from the prize drawing/silent auction. Kids, families, everyone welcome!!! The 2 Milwaukee-connected charities we will be supporting are Friends of Orphans http://www.friendsoftheorphans.org/s/769/start.aspx and Youth Haiti http://www.youthaiti.org. Music will be provided by our friends Chalice in the Palace, Dub District, and Cecilio Negrón Jr. (percussionist – De La Buena/Kings Go Forth) and food/snacks will be supplied by a host of Our Milwaukee members. There will also be presentations from representatives of both of our recipient charities. The drawing and silent auction will have items provided by over 40 local Milwaukee businesses with prizes and auction items ranging in value, from some at $100 and a few valued at over $1000! This is a great way to take advantage of the great products and services that our community provides all the while benefiting the organizations helping the victims of the Haiti earthquake.
